Refund policy

1. No refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Deciding to stop playing the game you bought access for
• Being banned, kicked, or blacklisted on any server, game, or platform
• Detection, screenshare failure, or PC check failure of any kind
• Hardware or software incompatibility with your machine
• Losing access to your Discord account, email, or license credentials
• Your license being revoked for violating our terms of use
• Buyer remorse, accidental purchases, or purchases made by someone else using your payment method

2. The only exception

A refund may be considered only when the issue is entirely on our end and we have validated it — for example, a confirmed failure to deliver the product you paid for. In that case, contact support in our Discord with your order reference. The decision is made solely by Elite Bypass after internal validation and is final.

3. Digital delivery

All Elite Bypass products are delivered digitally. Because access is granted immediately after payment and digital goods cannot be returned, delivery is considered complete once your license, download, or credentials have been issued. Completed delivery forfeits any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital content.

4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Starting a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversed transaction after purchase violates this policy. Any chargeback results in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, license, and access to all Elite Bypass products and communities, without notice and without refund. We dispute all chargebacks with full evidence of this policy, your acceptance of it at checkout, and proof of delivery.

5. User error and PC checks

Elite Bypass is software, not a guarantee of anonymity. Bans, detections, or failed checks caused by user error — including failing to unload before a screenshare, running unsupported third-party software, or ignoring setup instructions — do not qualify for a refund, replacement, reset, or compensation of any kind.

6. Resellers and third-party purchases

Purchases made through resellers are governed by this same policy. Elite Bypass does not issue refunds for transactions handled by third parties; any payment dispute for a reseller purchase must be raised with that reseller directly, and your license remains subject to termination in the event of a chargeback.

7. Acknowledgment at checkout

Every Elite Bypass order requires you to confirm that you have read and accepted our FAQ and policies before payment. This confirmation is recorded and constitutes your binding acceptance of this refund policy.
